These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phparm platform and all services provided at phparm.club. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money wager.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phparm ("phparm," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phparm.club (the "Platform"). phparm is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and operates in compliance with Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with phparm, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game play, bonus participation, and responsible gaming obligations. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phparm Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
By accessing the Platform — whether by creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or simply browsing — you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Access to the phparm Platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:
To access real-money games on the phparm Platform, you must register for a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required during the registration process. You agree that all information provided at the time of registration and at any time thereafter will be truthful and up to date.
You will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information during registration: your full legal name (as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, registered Philippine mobile number, and a password meeting phparm's security requirements.

phparm reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification to phparm's satisfaction within the timeframe specified by phparm support will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your name, email, mobile number, or withdrawal account must be communicated to phparm support promptly. phparm is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phparm account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:
phparm will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phparm that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent. phparm is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from your own disclosure of credentials to third parties.
All transactions on the phparm Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phparm does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Exchange rate risk and currency conversion charges are not the responsibility of phparm.
phparm currently accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (via payment counters), Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change at phparm's discretion with reasonable notice to players.
Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, and daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits are published within the phparm account deposit section and may vary by payment method. phparm reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with its PAGCOR-mandated AML compliance obligations.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are legally registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account holder differs from the phparm account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to their source.
GCash and Maya deposits are processed and credited to your phparm balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect, depending on the banking institution. phparm is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
Withdrawals from your phparm account are subject to the following conditions. phparm processes withdrawals to GCash and Maya within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Philippine public holidays.
Withdrawal processing requires completed and approved KYC verification (see Section 3.2). No withdrawal will be processed from an unverified account. This requirement applies regardless of deposit amount, account age, or prior transaction history.
Withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. Where a player has deposited via bank transfer, withdrawal will be processed to their verified Philippine bank account. phparm applies this policy to prevent money laundering and comply with BSP and PAGCOR anti-financial crime regulations.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits are published in the phparm account withdrawal section. VIP-tier players may have enhanced limits as described in the phparm Rewards programme terms.
Where your account balance includes bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, you may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived exclusively from bonus play until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money (deposited) funds not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to these Terms.
phparm reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification, investigation of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or instruction from competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities. phparm will communicate the reason for any withholding within 5 business days unless prohibited by law.
phparm offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms apply to that bonus only.
phparm actively monitors bonus activity. Conduct constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk wagering strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, providing false information to qualify for a bonus, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
All games available on the phparm Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game only for matters relating to gameplay outcomes; these Terms apply for all account, financial, and compliance matters.
All non-live games on the phparm Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified for fairness and randomness by a recognised testing laboratory. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games reflect the theoretical long-term return calculated under the certified RNG configuration used on the phparm Platform.
Live casino games are streamed from purpose-built studios operated by licensed providers. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) observed via HD video stream. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round will be voided and all wagers returned to players where technically feasible.
phparm maintains complete game logs for all transactions. In the event you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must submit a dispute to phparm support within 72 hours of the disputed event, citing your account ID, the game name, the time and date of the round, and the nature of the dispute. phparm will review server-side game logs and provide a determination within 14 business days.
In the event of a software or technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, phparm reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to players. No liability arises for winnings that would have been generated but for the malfunction. The determination of whether a malfunction occurred rests with phparm, subject to review by game suppliers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phparm Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
phparm is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Upon account closure for cause, phparm will conduct a review of the account balance. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, phparm reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play, and to return deposited funds net of any applicable regulatory withholdings. Where closure is not the result of a breach, phparm will process any available real-money balance to your verified withdrawal method within 14 business days.
You may request closure of your phparm account at any time by contacting phparm support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance will be processed to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless specific bonus terms provide otherwise.
All content on the phparm Platform — including but not limited to the phparm name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phparm or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phparm Platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or remove or alter any proprietary notices on Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phparm's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of your real-money account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
phparm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other economic loss, even if phparm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phparm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phparm will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any minimum uptime. Scheduled maintenance and emergency outages may affect availability without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The PAGCOR Charter, Republic Act No. 9487, and all applicable Philippine gaming regulations form part of the regulatory framework within which these Terms operate.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the phparm Platform, you should first submit a formal complaint to phparm's customer support. phparm will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a determination within 14 business days. If you are dissatisfied with phparm's determination, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint resolution mechanism as the competent regulatory authority. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
By using the phparm Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
phparm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or financial interests as a player — phparm will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of your rights, or updates required for legal compliance — may take effect immediately upon publication. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phparm Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.1.

Under these Terms, phparm guarantees that deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools remain permanently available to all registered players — regardless of account status, deposit level, or VIP tier. Responsible gaming access cannot be removed as a condition of any promotion.
phparm maintains your real-money balance in accounts segregated from the company's operational funds, as required by PAGCOR. In the event phparm ceases operations, segregated player funds are protected from claims by phparm's creditors and will be returned to verified players through a designated resolution process.
